<li><strong>验证码</strong>：点击“获取验证码”并填写</li>

<li><strong>预约科目1</strong>：选择“身心健康管理师”（必选科目）</li>
|
||
<li><strong>预约时间1</strong>：选择考试月份</li>
|
||
<li><strong>预约科目2</strong>：选择“AI健康管理师”（自助选择科目）</li>

||
<li><strong>预约时间2</strong>：选择考试月份</li>
|
||

<p>填写完成后，点击 <strong>“确认预约”</strong></p>
